Matin Khan, founder and Executive Chef of Itihaas, was named the Best Curry Chef in the UK by Curry Life Magazine. This national award recognises the chef who has made the greatest contribution to curry excellence across the entire United Kingdom.
Sister restaurant The Radhuni in Loanhead was named UK Restaurant of the Year by Curry Life in the same year — making the Khan family the only family in the country to hold both the top chef and top restaurant awards simultaneously.
