Today’s posting has a bit more of a serious tone as we cover something that is very dear to us – being green! We don’t mean only eating green curries (although we could make a nice one with lots of chilli if you ask!) – we mean ensuring that we all take the opportunity to recycle.
Takeaway not Waste away
One of the challenges of running an Indian takeaway is the unavoidable build up of packaging we use to ensure that our food reaches you in the best condition that it can.
So whether it is the foil container from your sumptuous Itihaas curry or rice, a plastic box, paper bag or even the plastic bag holding your takeaway together make sure you recycle or reuse them. Our Indian food is great – and helping the environment will make it taste that little bit sweeter.
